Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy:

Skinfatuation Aesthetics patients are the most important part of the practice. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and could otherwise be offered to another client.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or no‑shows, will incur a late‑cancellation fee of 50% of the full retail service value, or a minimum of $50, whichever is greater.
Prepaid services, packages, and promotional pricing are still subject to this policy. Late‑cancellation and no‑show fees are calculated based on the full retail value of the service, regardless of discounts or promotions. Any remaining balance may be applied to a future appointment after the fee is satisfied.
Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may require full payment at the time of booking for future appointments.
We understand that true emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical issues or unforeseen emergencies, fees may be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis at the discretion of Skinfatuation Aesthetics.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Skinfatuation Aesthetics will do its best to accommodate patients running late when possible.
Chronic lateness: If a client continually arrives late and appointments must be repeatedly rescheduled as a result, the late‑cancellation fee may be applied.
Refund Policy:
For certain treatments or packages, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit ensures that the necessary resources and time are allocated to your scheduled treatment.
Once a service is completed, including consultations and treatments, no refunds will be provided. We take pride in delivering high-quality services, and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction during every step of the process.
If you have purchased skincare products from Skinfatuation Aesthetics and have not opened or used them, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
For opened or used skincare products, refunds will not be provided. However, if you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact us promptly, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
In certain exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical issues or unforeseen emergencies, Skinfatuation Aesthetics may, at its discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
