Glow Rules
Earn 1 point per $10 spent (or more, depending on your tier)
Redeem points for services, upgrades, and retail products
Earn extra points for referrals and pre-booking and during special loyalty promos.
Points Expire Annually
As you accrue points you can either spend them as you earn the rewards or let them continue to accrue towards even bigger discounts & rewards! It’s totally up to you!
Glow Tiers
Base Tier:
You start out immediately at Base level once you enroll. Start earning points right away. Earn 1 point for every $10 spent.
Glow Getter Tier:
200+ points. Once you reach this tier you start earning 1.5 points for every $10 spent.
Glow VIP Tier:
600+ points. Once you reach this tier you start earning 2 points for every $10 spent.

75 points — $15 off any service/retail product
150 points — $25 off any service/retail product
250 points — 15% off a service or product.
300 points — Free Lymphatic Drainage Massage Add-On ($45 value)

You earn points for every $10 dollars you spend on treatments, skincare products, and gift cards. The more you visit, the more you earn—redeem your points for exclusive discounts, free upgrades, or special rewards. When you increase your tier level you earn points faster.

Yes points do expire one year after earning them. You will get a notice 14 days before they expire.

Yes, you still earn points—even on sales or promotional pricing (unless otherwise noted). Packages may have different point values—ask during booking for details.

In most cases, points can't be stacked with other offers, but you can choose the best option for your visit. We’ll always help you get the best value.

Points are non-transferable and tied to your personal account, but they never hurt to mention as a gift idea (yay for gift cards!).

Yes you can. Skinfatuation does not have the resources to track any online purchases made on partner sites but if you bring proof of purchase to Skinfatuation’s attention via an email or in person we will reward points in the same amounts as if you purchased on site. Exception being if you purchase on Pomp you will only receive half the points.

To sign up you will automatically be asked when you checkout at your first appointment. It is free to sign up for. This can be done at the point of sale or when making a purchase online or through a Square Invoice.

After a purchase: Square will direct you to a screen inviting you to enroll in the loyalty program.
Enter phone number: You will enter phone number to enroll or sign in.
Confirmation: You will receive a text message confirming your enrollment and indicating you’ve earned your first point.
If you are not a current customer and only want to purchase skincare you can sign up for rewards even via online through invoices. You can view your loyalty status and rewards through your Cash App.
